We’re honored to have our Historic Hill House project featured on RVA Hotlist’s YouTube channel — a behind-the-scenes look inside our own home and studio experimentations in thoughtful renovations and color-forward design.

Tucked along a quiet, tree-lined street in Richmond, Virginia, the Historic Hill House began as a century-old residence with layers of history and charm. Our approach focused on preserving what made it special while introducing new ideas about flow, light, and everyday livability.

From the limewashed surfaces that shift with the daylight to the saturated green kitchen that anchors the back of the home, each space was shaped to feel personal and connected. The result is a house that reflects both its past and the rhythm of how we live today — equal parts familiar and refreshed.
